Introduction
By purchasing and accessing Root Canal Mastery: A Comprehensive Endodontic Course (the "Course"), you (the "Participant") agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. The Course is provided by Root Canal Mastery, LLC (the "Developer") and is intended for educational purposes only.

Eligibility
To purchase and participate in the Course, you must be:
A licensed dental professional, or
A student currently enrolled in an accredited dental program.
The Developer reserves the right to verify eligibility before granting access to the Course.

Course Access
Upon purchase, the Participant will receive full access to the Course materials, including videos, lectures, articles, and supplementary resources. Access to the Course is granted immediately upon payment and is available for the duration of the Course or as specified in the purchase agreement.

Limitations of the Course
The Course is for educational purposes only and is not intended to replace clinical training or professional judgment. By participating, the Participant acknowledges that:
The Content is informational and does not substitute for in-person mentorship, accredited training, or clinical practice.
Decisions regarding patient treatment remain solely the responsibility of the Participant, who must rely on their professional judgment and training.
The Developer assumes no responsibility for the Participant's clinical decisions or their outcomes.

Use of Course Material
All materials provided in the Course, including but not limited to videos, lectures, and presentations (the "Content"), are the intellectual property of the Developer and are protected by copyright law. Participants agree to the following:
Prohibited Actions: Participants must not copy, distribute, transmit, sell, share, or resell any Course Content. Unauthorized use of Course Content is strictly forbidden and will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Consequences of Violation: Any Participant found distributing or selling Course Content without explicit written permission from the Developer will face immediate termination of access with no refund. Legal recourse, including claims for damages, will be pursued.

Sharing Login Information
Each Participant’s login credentials are unique and strictly non-transferable. Sharing login credentials with others is strictly prohibited.
Monitoring: The Developer employs advanced technology to monitor login activity and detect unauthorized sharing of login information.
Enforcement: If evidence of login sharing is detected, the Developer will:
Immediately revoke access to the Course without issuing a refund.
Pursue legal action, including claims for damages resulting from the unauthorized sharing.

No Refund Policy
The Developer does not offer refunds for the Course. Upon purchase, the Participant gains immediate access to all Course materials, including videos, lectures, and supplementary resources. Since the full content is delivered at the time of purchase, all sales are final.

A limited Free 3-Day Trial is offered to allow potential participants to explore the Course and assess its suitability before committing to a purchase.

By purchasing the Course, the Participant agrees to this no-refund policy.

No Guarantee of Results
The Developer provides no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results from participating in the Course. Effectiveness depends on individual effort, experience, and clinical application of the provided materials.

Privacy and Data Collection
By registering for the Course, Participants consent to the collection and use of personal data in accordance with the Developer’s Privacy Policy. The Developer will not share personal information with third parties unless required by law or necessary for Course operations.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer disclaims liability for:
Any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from participation or reliance on Course materials.
Any interruptions or errors in access to the Course platform.

Disclaimers
The techniques and practices taught in the Course may not be suitable for all clinical cases or circumstances.
The Developer is not responsible for errors, omissions, or risks associated with the application of Course Content.
Participants are encouraged to consult with mentors, peers, or professional organizations for additional guidance.

Modification of Terms
The Developer reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be communicated via email or the Course platform. Continued participation after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.
