Prohibited Actions: Participants must not copy, distribute, transmit, sell, share, or resell any Course Content. Unauthorized use of Course Content is strictly forbidden and will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Consequences of Violation: Any Participant found distributing or selling Course Content without explicit written permission from the Developer will face immediate termination of access with no refund. Legal recourse, including claims for damages, will be pursued.
